I was looking for something to replace two R series BMWs I had, one I had owned for 10+ years. Initially I saw a bike on Craigslist. It turned out to be a Freedom ad. I called and got Stuart Bogue. He was helpful, informative, and realistic. No bait and switch. I appreciate plain speaking, even if it's not what you wanted to hear. We made a tenatative deal on the phone. I went to see the bike. We agreed on my trade-in value. I brought my bikes in, and left on the new one. Stuart is a genuinely good guy. Louis Yarborough in finance was also extremely helpful. It was important to be able to extend the existing factory warranty for such a purchase. He told us of the many options. All in all, I am very satisfied with the facility, the sales persons, and the buying experience. The bike itself, a K1600GT speaks for itself. hi. i had a great experience buying a new dual sport suzuki drz 400s 2016 model. they were very helpful and knowledgeable .hunter the sale guy was great the parts guys help me on the after market parts i wanted on the bike .pipes cams preformance upgrades i wanted to do. give me some tips also on what to go with.then turned me over to the service department to let the service manager know what i needed done . i am 100 percent sure this bike will be just as i wanted it when they finish with it. it will be one bad drz when there done with.it . i feel they give me a fair purchase price and i feel good about the purchase . the business manager derek gautreaux was a real pro very nice and helpful . i bought a 4 year extended warranty 0n the bike and i would recommend that to anybody buying a new bike. i would recommend to any body that wants a new or used bike to try these guys a real a class dealership. i would rate them on a scale of 1 to 10 a 10 all the way. they did not pressure me at all to buy a bike and were great to deal with. hunter is a first class sales associate . a very clean well run dealership . try these guys before you go anywhere else you won't be disappointed . thanks les c

I would just like to say that I had an incredible experience with the Huntsville, Alabama Freedom Powersports staff. I own a 1997 Polaris Sportsman 500 - I was having carburetor problems - to make a long story short I was at the parts counter and one of your service mechanics, Jeff White was just walking by and suddenly stopped and started looking at my carburetor and proceeded to let me know what was going on with it - with the help of Tina in the service department we got it worked out to where Jeff was able to rebuild my carb. at a very fair price and it works great - Because of Jeff and Tina - I will definitely purchase my next four wheeler at Freedom Powersports in Huntsville - the complete staff (even the parts guy - do not know his name)was awesome - this is such a change from the previous company that was there - most people when they needed service went to Athens or Fayetteville, TN to do business - I am letting all my fellow riders and friends that we now have an awesome "shop" right here in Huntsville, Alabama - Thank you soooo much Freedom Powersports

I recently purchased a used bike from Louis, and he was great! He found a bike for us that was perfect for what we needed. Since it was a used bike, he made sure that the service department had checked everything out and that it was all running out well and working good. We had looked at other places and the pricing was good, and worked within our budget. Louis helped us find everything we needed with the accessories for the purchase. He kept us informed of the status of the tune up, when we could pick it up, and followed up with us to see how it was running and working out for us. If we ever have a need to purchase another bike, four wheeler, or jetski, Louis will be the first one I will contact and look to for help in getting one.

Overall a pleasant experience. My salesman - David Haynes - was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. While I have yet to really deal with the Service/Parts department, first impressions are favorable.

we bought a brand new seedoo spark. I did not need a trailer. They helped me by delivering the jet ski 3 hours away. I purchased on Wednesday and was delivered by Friday morning for the weekend. they help me with additional parts and description of the extended warranty. I have no other plans to visit any other dealer than this one.

Cycle Nation has changed a lot since the KC days. I went in to look at a commuter bike for my son and the staff was very helpful (Danny Franks) I got him a new Ninja 250 and financed it at the dealership. I got a great deal and the whole transaction was pretty much hassle free. They didn't have the helmet he wanted but got it for me in two days. It's nice to be able to spend my money in town and see that someone appreciates it.
